I am Abdelmoumene Kammas, a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, specialized in resistance training and conditioning, and a proud member of REPS UAE. We’ll be able to interact in English, French, and Arabic.

My experience in training and nutrition stretches over 13 years, combining fitness training with my professional career as a digital transformation consultant. Over these years, I’ve travelled extensively and learned how to balance a demanding job with staying healthy and active: I have been in your shoes already.

This unique blend of experiences has equipped me to understand and address the challenges of maintaining fitness amidst a busy lifestyle. But it also helped me realize something important: Drastic diets and lifestyle changes don’t last. Yes, they are very appealing, and some coaches use them to sell you their programs, but science has proved they are not sustainable for the vast majority of people.
