2. Services Offered

ActiveFit offers the following digital services:

• VIP Coaching: Includes personalized training and nutrition plans, weekly follow-ups, and daily chats via a third-party training platform.
• Transformation Programs: Training and nutrition plans with weekly chats via a third-party training platform.
• Build Your Own Program (E-book): A downloadable e-book with customizable fitness programs.
• Corporate Services: Fitness conferences and discounts on services for companies' employees.

Note: All training and nutrition programs are facilitated through a third-party platform to track progress and deliver services.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit Cards
• Tabby (for multiple payment options)

All prices are listed in AED.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

VIP Coaching Refund Policy:

If you invest in VIP Coaching, the following process applies:

1. You will receive a detailed questionnaire to tailor the program to your needs.
2. We will have a one-on-one video call to review and adjust the program.
3. If you are unsatisfied with the program by the end of this call, you may request a full refund.

Refund Timeframe:

• Refunds need to be requested at the end of the program review meeting.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Services:

• All other services are non-refundable.

Cancellation:

• Services may be cancelled during the one-on-one review call for VIP Coaching. Once services have begun, they cannot be cancelled.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

All services and products, including e-books and fitness programs, are delivered digitally. Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via email.

6. User Responsibilities

• Age Restrictions: There are no specific age restrictions for using our services.
• Health Disclaimer: It is the user’s responsibility to consult a physician before participating in any fitness programs. By using our services, you agree that you are in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition that limits your participation.
• Usage Restrictions: Users are prohibited from redistributing or sharing any content provided by ActiveFit.

7. Liability Waiver

You acknowledge that participating in fitness programs involves risks, including possible injuries or health complications. By agreeing to these terms, you waive and release ActiveFit by AMK, its owner Abdelmoumene Kammas, employees, and instructors from any claims, demands, or causes of action related to your participation in our programs.

You agree that:

• You are fully responsible for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of participating in fitness training.
• You agree to follow all instructions provided to minimize risks.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to our services if:

• You fail to make payments.
• You request that we delete your information from our system.
